He then unveils his ultimate weapon: another dragon shifter, a dark, scarred doppelgänger of Slade. Under Fletcher’s command, this new dragon forcibly bites Emme. Compelled by the last of Chelsea’s magic, Emme is forced to bite him back, sealing a new, unwanted mate bond and leaving her fate hanging in the balance.
